Gippsland lake in Victoria, Australia is well known for its blue glowing water that appears during the night.The lake has unusually high concentration of NOCTILUCA SCINTILLANS, a light emitting micro-organism, which gives the water blue glow. This makes this body of water a beautiful and unique tourist attraction at night.
